Key Responsibilities
- Manage field sales operations across assigned regions
- Supervise and guide junior sales executives
- Develop and maintain relationships with research institutes, universities, and industrial clients
- Drive product promotion and business development activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client servicing
